A proud Chicago native, Katie decided to keep it local and attend Northwestern University. Two years in, she chose to trade in her Division I hockey scholarship for a degree in theatre and film. After graduating from Northwestern - she began her pursuit in comedy, studying at Second City, Comedysportz, iO, and eventually landing at The Groundlings in Los Angeles. More
