Sergei Selyanov is a Soviet and Russian film director, screenwriter and producer. Head of the STV film company, co-founder of the Melnitsa Animation Studio. In 1972-1975 he studied at the Tula Polytechnic Institute, where he shot films in an amateur studio. More
